Flat share accommodation is where two or more people live in a property together. Each person has their own bedroom and they only share common areas such as living room, kitchen or bathroom. It’s a great way to live comfortably in a good location without paying excessive price and enjoy great facilities of vibrant city life.

Once your booking has been made, the payment confirmed, and the contract signed we will invite you to the office to pick up the keys. Alternatively, we greet you at the property and make sure that you comfortably check in. On your last day we will be proceeded with the check-out. You will have to drop off keys inside your room. Your presence is not mandatory.

Rent is collected monthly and is calculated using the formula presented below: Rent/week x 52 weeks/ 12 months = rent/month (example, TBC)

Being aware that city life is a constant change, we offer a flexible renting period from three to 12 months. You can extend or end your contract with one month’s notice.

We require two-month deposits. You get back your deposit on the same day of departure provided that no damage is caused during your stay.

All the bills, internet connection, and cleaning service are included in the monthly price.

We welcome young professionals, entrepreneurs, exchange students, and like-minded individuals from around the world.

Feel free to have guests during the day. If your guest stays the night, you pay for one amount of one day’s rent.

The rooms are fully furnished, but you are welcome to bring small personal items that make you feel at home. Please note that you should remove them when you leave.

You can only share the master bedroom with one person. However, you will need to add 30% of the total monthly price. For example, the master bedroom cost 10 million dong. If you split with someone, the price would be 13 million dong.

We value the significance of pets in people’s lives and gladly allow small, friendly pets such as dogs, cats, birds, and fish. Please be aware that there will be an additional fee for having pets in the house, separate from the rent, as we provide maintenance services for pets.
